Creativity

  • Many of us need to be creative in our daily lives. Whether that be as a child at school in our careers (designer, architect etc) or as part of a hobby. It can be extremely upsetting when the ideas don’t come. We start to examine ourselves as to why this might be and this examination in itself detracts away from our minds creativity. We’ve all experienced the annoyance where we’ve thought of something but can’t quite grasp it, rather like trying to remember something that’s on the tip of your tongue but you just can’t get it out. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool in relaxing the mind, letting go of the frustration concerned with the block and letting the ideas flow more naturally. As with other cases, self-hypnosis can be taught in order that the client can relax their mind at any time and feel more able to progress their ideas.
