Loss of Motivation

  • Can you actually be bothered? We can all answer “No” to that question on many occasions. Where the gain or reward just doesn’t seem to outweigh the effort we put into achieving a goal then motivation can be a valuable commodity to come by. It’s perfectly natural to feel like this on occasion but where it becomes all the time, this can obviously be a problem. Hypnosis is helpful in reframing your thinking into the positive and defer your focus away from the negative. It can also be used with young adults still in study to motivate them into better learning a subject that they do not particularly enjoy.
